Options for the Investment and the specificities of these investment opportunities:

Acquisition of 100% of a business (agriculture, industrial or commercial) in Quebec with a value of at least CAD100,000$;

Acquisition in part of a business (agriculture, industrial or commercial) in Quebec where the Candidate will hold at least 25% of the capital equity valued at no less than CAD100,000$;
Appendix 1:
Quebec Immigrant Entrepreneur Program
Have net assets of at least CAD $300,000 that has been legally obtained with, where applicable, their married or common-law spouse.
Have at least two years experience in running a business that the Candidate manages, alone or with his spouse, controlling at least 25% of the capital.
The assessment of the application will take into account other requirements presented in Appendix 1 annexed hereto
