As a Law Degree (L.L.B.) graduate from Université de Sherbrooke, Mr. Bourque later continued his studies to obtained a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) recognized by the Federation of Law Societies of Canada . He also pursued post graduate studies at Université de Montpellier I where he obtained a Masters in International Trade Law after which he was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2011.

     

           Prior to joining the Hong Kong offices of Simard & Associates Ltd. in 2012, Mr. Bourque practiced in Montréal, Canada, where he gained extensive experience in commercial and corporate matters by advising clients on subjects such as incorporation, reorganization and corporate governance rules. He also made several representations before various governmental authorities both in civil and commercial cases.

 

           To this day, Mr. Bourque has developed a special interest with respect to business immigration by providing clients advices and assistance to facilitate their immigration and achieve naturalization pursuant to entrepreneurs or investors based programs.
